Increase Your Surface Area for Luck to Hit

You know how people talk about kismet, serendipity, synchronicity like they’re magical woodland creatures that appear only to the chosen few? No ma’am. They’re more like skittish cats: they show up when you’re out in the world making noise, moving around, rattling the treat bag of possibility.

If you want more “OMG you won’t believe what just happened” moments, you’ve got to be somewhere for something to actually happen.

Put Yourself Out There (Yes, Even When You’d Rather Not)

The more you show up — at events, at conversations, at opportunities, at the random Tuesday thing you almost talked yourself out of — the more the universe can say, “Ah, there she is. I’ve been trying to deliver this plot twist for weeks.”

You can’t get discovered if you’re hiding. You can’t get invited if you’re invisible. You can’t get lucky if you’re unavailable.

Luck loves a woman who leaves her house with lip gloss and a half-baked plan.

Do More, See More, Try More

Every time you try something new, you’re basically increasing your cosmic Wi-Fi signal. Suddenly the universe has more bars. Suddenly the downloads come faster. Suddenly the “chance encounters” aren’t chance at all — they’re the natural result of you refusing to live small.

Serendipity isn’t rare. Most people just never give it a doorway.

The Sassy Bottom Line

If you want more magic, you’ve got to move like someone who expects magic. If you want more luck, you’ve got to create more places for luck to land. If you want more synchronicity, you’ve got to stop living on autopilot and start living like the main character again.

Increase your surface area, baby. Let the universe have more of you to work with.

Now go on — step out, show up, stir the pot, shake the snow globe of your life. Luck is out there circling the block, waiting for you to open the door.
